Welcome to our brand new website. We decided to switch to a Wiki, after having used pure html in 2001, html with CSS in 2003, then a CMS in 2005. Three ideas behind all these changes:

• Make our site easier to update or backup.
• Make it faster to browse.
• Put together different “sub-sites” to ease the maintenance process.

Our Faithful visitors will still find here most of what we published earlier.
We left online some recipes and a helping page for conversion, but it's mostly to have some kind of cookbook ourselves.

No more guestbook anyway, too much time wasted cleaning all the crap left by these pityfull guys obsessed by all they can think about, I mean the size of their vermiform pride accessory.
